Character Background and Description Zachary is a small boy for his age and is very shy, making it difficult for him to express himself. However he is a gifted student and is nice to everyone which makes him quite likable at school. He is currently a fourth grader at the primary school.
Zachary was never told the truth about his birth, he was taken as a toddler from a settlement during a military raid. He had been hidden quite well from the Phanes raiders for several years but had later been found out and taken immediately. Due to him being too young to remember, he was immediately integrated into a family to be raised as their own. Ashley and Frank Muldon took care of Zachary and never indicated that he had come from somewhere different. However his small size and some developmental stunts come from his lack of proper nutrition growing up. Zachary has begun to notice that their neighbors seem to treat him differently, almost too nicely as if they were trying to avoid upsetting him in any fashion. He had also noticed some differences such as both his parents being dark haired yet his hair being blonde and their skin being olive while his pale. While they have explained that genetics isn't always exact, Zachary has begun to develop some doubts about his past. Being too young to really understand the circumstances however, he doesn't pay it much attention.
Zachary enjoys spending time with his friends, playing in the water and drawing, a skill rarely seen in Phanes Bay.
